5. Pricing & Payments

5.1 Prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
5.2 We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
5.3 Payments must be made using approved payment methods, including:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets (supported by payment gateway)

5.4 Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
5.5 We do not store your card or banking details; transactions are securely processed by third-party payment gateways.

6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

6.1 After placing an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email/SMS.
6.2 This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Fraudulent activities

  • System errors

6.3 Customer Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

  • After 12 hours, cancellation is not possible if the order is already processed or dispatched.

6.4 If your order is cancelled by us or you meet cancellation criteria, the prepaid amount will be refunded to your bank account.

  • White-colour products are strictly non-returnable & non-exchangeable

  • Exchanges allowed only for size issues
