At ZYQUOO, we aim to ensure a smooth, transparent, and reliable shipping experience for all customers. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and handled by our logistics partners.


1. Shipping Availability

1.1 We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
1.2 We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Shipping Charges

2.1 Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹1000.
2.2 Orders below ₹1000 will incur a standard shipping fee, which will be displayed during checkout.
2.3 Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, except where the return is due to a mistake on our part.


3. Order Processing Time

3.1 Once an order is placed, it enters processing within 24 hours.
3.2 Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
3.3 During peak seasons, sale events, or festivals, processing time may be slightly extended.


4. Delivery Timelines

4.1 Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Locations: 5–7 days

4.2 Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • COVID-19 restrictions

  • Courier partner delays

  • Natural calamities or strikes

ZYQUOO cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.


5. Order Tracking

5.1 Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
5.2 Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect as courier partners sync data.


6. Delivery Attempts

6.1 Our courier partner will attempt delivery at least two times.
6.2 If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer refusal, the order will be returned to us.
6.3 In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.


7. Address & Contact Details

7.1 Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including landmark and active phone number.
7.2 ZYQUOO is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Unavailability of the recipient

  • Inactive or unreachable phone number


8. Delivery Confirmation

8.1 A delivery confirmation SMS/email is sent once the package is marked delivered.
8.2 If you have not received your package but delivery is marked complete, please contact us within 48 hours.


9. Shipping Restrictions

9.1 Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available.
9.2 We do not ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.
9.3 High-value orders may require additional verification.


10. Damaged / Tampered Deliveries

10.1 If you receive a package that appears tampered, opened, or damaged:

  • Please do not accept the package

  • Notify us immediately at zyquoo@gmail.com

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund (as per our Return Policy)

10.2 If the package is accepted but found damaged later, photos must be emailed within 24 hours of delivery for review.


11. Lost or Misplaced Shipments

11.1 If the courier confirms a package is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or replacement as per product availability.
11.2 Refund will be processed to your bank account (manual process).


12. Change of Address

12.1 Address changes can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
12.2 After dispatch, address cannot be modified.
