At ZYQUOO, we aim to provide products that meet the highest quality standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process for returning items.

Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
1.2 The product must be in unused, unworn, unwashed condition.
1.3 All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
1.4 The product must not be damaged, stained, altered, or show signs of wear.


🚫 2. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS (STRICT)

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • White color products

  • Products worn, washed, altered, or used

  • Products without original tags or original packaging

  • Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Non-Returnable,” or “Special Discount”


3. Return Request Process

To request a return:

3.1 Email zyquoo@gmail.com within the 5-day return window.
3.2 Include the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Clear photos/videos of the product (front, back, tags)

  • Reason for return

3.3 Our quality team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
3.4 Once approved, you will receive the return shipping address and instructions.


4. Customer Responsibilities for Returning Items

4.1 Customers must ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.
4.2 Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer (unless product received was defective or wrong).
4.3 The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
4.4 We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return transit.


5. Inspection & Approval

5.1 Once we receive the product, it undergoes a mandatory quality inspection.
5.2 A return will be approved ONLY if the item meets all eligibility conditions.
5.3 If the product fails inspection (worn, washed, damaged, used, missing tags), the return will be rejected.
5.4 For rejected returns, the customer may request repurchase of the product; shipping charges apply.


6. Refund Process

6.1 Refunds are processed manually to the customer’s bank account.
6.2 You must provide:

  • Account Holder Name

  • Bank Name

  • Account Number

  • IFSC Code

6.3 Refund Timeline:

  • Inspection Approval → Refund initiated in 2–4 working days

  • Total processing time: 7–10 working days

6.4 Refunds will NOT be given in:

  • Cash

  • Wallet balance

  • Original payment mode


7. Returns for Wrong or Defective Products

If you received a wrong product or a manufacturing defect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

We will offer:

  • Replacement (if available) OR

  • Full refund

ZYQUOO reserves the right to verify defect claims.


8. Situations Where Refund May Be Denied

Refunds will NOT be approved if:

  • The product is returned after 5 days

  • The product belongs to the Non-Returnable category (white)

  • Product is used, washed, damaged, or altered

  • Tags are missing or tampered

  • Return shipment is damaged in transit due to poor packing

  • Product does not match the photos shared during return request

  • Customer sends a different product than the one purchased


9. Partial Returns

If your order has multiple items, returns may be accepted for eligible products.
Non-returnable products will remain unaffected.


10. Cancellation & Refund Before Dispatch

If the customer cancels the order within 12 hours, a full refund will be issued to their bank account.

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
